Power Shotcrete Structures (Power) is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality, security and accuracy of your personal information.

Power will collect your name, address, telephone number, email address and any additional details you choose to provide if you complete the relevant pages on the Power website in order to:

  1. receive a quotation for a job;
  2. receive information about Power’s services; or
  3. take other on-line action.

Power will safeguard this personal information and will use it solely for the purposes noted in this Website Privacy Policy, which include: 

  1. providing you with the requested information or service;
  2. sending information and updates about orders; or
  3. responding to any specific request that you have made.

Power will keep the information only for the length of time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

When you visit this site and access information, you are anonymous. Power does not require you to provide personal information to view it. By requesting information or a quote for a job,  you are providing personal information and consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of that personal information in accordance with this Website Privacy Policy.

You may give your express consent orally, electronically or in writing. You provide implied consent when that consent can reasonably be inferred by your conduct. For example, if you provide Power with personal information on this website, Power will imply your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of that personal information for the purposes for which you provided that information or any other purposes identified to you at the relevant time, including those set out in this Website Privacy Policy.

At any time you may advise Power that you no longer consent to the use or disclosure of the personal information that you have provided for any or all of the identified purposes and, subject to any legal obligations Power may have with respect to the information, Power will no longer do so. Please contact Power’s Privacy Officer identified below.

Email

Power also collects your personal information if you send an e-mail to Power. This information will only be used by authorized Power staff for the specific purpose for which you submit the information. Power does not sell or trade email addresses. If you have received email from Power and would like to be removed from our mailing list, please email us at jarrodv@powercivil.ca  or call 604-427-3301.

Power will not collect, use or disclose personal information except for the identified purposes or as required by law, unless Power has received your further consent.

When you use this website, Power (or a third-party provider) may use “cookies”’ to collect non-personal information which tracks how the website is used.  A cookie is a small text file containing a unique identification number that identifies the visitor’s browser, but not necessarily the visitor. Upon your written request, and subject to certain exceptions required by law, Power will inform you of the existence, use and disclosure of your personal information, and will give you access to that information.   Access requests should be sent in writing to Power’s Privacy Officer identified below.

Keeping your information accurate

Power makes every reasonable effort to keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date.  Please keep us informed of any changes.  If you find any errors in our information about you, please let Power know and we will make the corrections as soon as possible.
